Facilitate and coach team performance, encouraging development of individuals and teams through clear and inspirational leadership. Key Responsibilities
  • Setting the standards (leading by example) of an accident‑free zone through ensuring that Safety First is foremost in individual and team behaviours
  • To run the operations to optimal productivity and efficiency
  • Consistently and persistently improve quality of products and service beyond standard, on time and in full to customer (external and internal) requirements
  • Work to the Production schedule through team contribution and activity but continually challenge to optimise delivery
  • As a coach enhance the capability of technicians and operatives through learning and development opportunities.
  • Set the tone of continuous improvement through 1:1 regular dialogue
  • Ensure strong interdepartmental communication and team working across all areas of the bakery
  • Encourage a mindset of personal ownership, accountability and a ‘Can do’ attitude
