Job summary

Sensata Technologies, a global leader in sensing and power management, invites talented students to join its PDE Engineering placement in Northern Ireland. You will gain hands-on experience in a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility while supporting process development and continuous improvement projects.

As an intern, you will contribute to jig/fixturing design, prototype supervision, data analysis and reporting, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive world-class manufacturing

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing an engineering degree relevant to PDE/manufacturing.
• Strong drive, enthusiasm and ambition for hands-on project work.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work both independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Develop manufacturing processes.
• Design of jigs and fixturing.
• Supervision of prototype builds on production equipment.
• Data analysis and report writing.
• Identify continuous improvements and implement them into world-class manufacturing lines.
