This role involves the full design process for bespoke tooling solutions, with significant interaction with the shop floor. An exciting opportunity for a Tooling Design Engineer role in the Product Specific Tooling Team has arisen within the New Build and Components Business, in Nuclear (Submarines). In this role, you will work to provide bespoke tooling and fixturing in support of component manufacture and assembly. You will be interacting with the shop floor to ensure the design meets their requirements not only at concept stage but post‑manufacture, ensuring all requirements have been achieved.
