• Proven experience in manufacturing engineering, including DFM, cost control, and inspection planning.
• Skilled in offline programming and operating 3, 4, and 5-axis multi-tasking turn/mill machining centres.
• Proficient in CAD/CAM systems and tool management software.

Responsibilities

• Design manufacturing stage models, drawings, jigs, fixtures, and bespoke tooling.
• Create CNC programs and setup sheets to meet right-first-time targets.
• Collaborate with machinists and process engineers to drive continuous improvement.
