Job summary

Qualifications

• Aerospace or other high precision manufacturing background.
• Experience and understanding of machining and manufacturing processes.
• A good understanding of materials and surface treatment processes.
• Commercial awareness.
• Experience with ERP systems and Excel.
• Experience with CAD systems (Catia) beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Generate workshop job packs to AS9100 standard for release on to the shop floor.
• Decide and plan optimum manufacturing methods and processes.
• Working to customer specifications and quality standards.

• Identifying and organising tooling requirements for new parts.
• Working closely with both customers and suppliers.
