This full-time position is based onsite in Coventry, UK, with a salary range of £35,000 to £42,500 plus bonuses.

Qualifications

• Experienced in various Operational environments with multiple processes.
• Ability to implement Lean methodologies effectively.
• Experience in manufacturing industry and practical problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing readiness reviews and process design.
• Interface between Operations, Programme, and Engineering.
• Support ongoing Process Engineering requirements.
• Lead process improvements and cost reductions.
• Work to KPIs and manage performance.
• Apply Lean Management approach in Manufacturing Engineering.
• Evaluate CAD models and supervise production.
• Deliver Poke Yoke solutions for assembly.
• Maintain accuracy of BOMs and safety targets.
• Assist in manufacturing personnel training.
