The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of manufacturing principles, proficiency in CAD software like SolidWorks, and demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills. Qualifications

  • Experience in production, preferably in aerospace with grinding/superfinishing focus.
  • Proficient in SPC and other quality control methods.
  • Apprentice experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
  • Experience in production, process, or manufacturing engineering, preferably in the aerospace industry with grinding/superfinishing focus.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and principles.
  • Experience with process design, optimization, and troubleshooting.
  • Proficiency in statistical process control (SPC) and other quality control methods.
