We are seeking experienced Manufacturing Engineers with expertise in gear production to join our team. This role involves supporting industrialisation activities, developing process plans, and ensuring precision in gear manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement process plans for gear manufacturing.
  • Provide programming and tooling expertise.
  • Work with AutoCAD for design and process documentation.
  • Collaborate on industrialisation projects to meet quality and efficiency targets.
Desired Skills & Experience
  • Robotics: Experience with Fanuc robots (5/6/7 axis).
  • Machining: Skilled in 5-axis machining.
  • Gear Cutting: Comprehensive knowledge of gear cutting processes.
  • Measurement: Proficient in Klingelnberg measurement systems.
  • Grinding: Cylindrical grinding expertise.
  • Metrology: Competent in CMM and metrology practices.
