Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize manufacturing processes across new product introduction (NPI) and ongoing production, ensuring high-quality, cost-effective, and scalable production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Proficient in manufacturing engineering tools such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and ERP/MRP systems.
• Qualifications and experience in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and process improvement methodologies.
• Experience of championing Lean principles and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Ability to use data and metrics to drive decision-making and evaluate improvements.
• Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills.
