As a Manufacturing Engineer, you’ll play a key role in developing and scaling production processes for advanced battery modules and packs, taking projects from prototype to production. You’ll work across design, manufacturing, and testing, ensuring products are built to world-class quality, performance, and efficiency standards.

What you’ll be doing
  • Design, implement and optimise manufacturing systems for innovative battery products.
  • Drive DFM/DFA principles to ensure scalable, cost-effective production.
  • Introduce new technologies and automation solutions to enhance efficiency.
  • Lead early build and industrialisation activities, both in-house and with partners.
  • Collaborate closely with design, quality, and operations teams to deliver exceptional results.
