Manufacturing Engineer

Salary: 30,000 - 35,000 per annum

Are you a hands‑on Manufacturing Engineer looking for your next challenge? Join our growing team and play a key role in developing and supporting innovative manufacturing processes, coordinating with suppliers and in‑house teams, and driving efficiency in production.

Key Responsibilities
  • Understand and manage tooling requirements by working closely with both in‑house technicians and external suppliers.
  • Support the development and introduction of new products into manufacturing.
  • Coordinate and evaluate different process manufacturing methods for optimal production outcomes.
  • Assist in the implementation of new products into mass production, ensuring smooth transition from development to full‑scale manufacturing.
  • Collaborate with engineering firms to acquire and integrate new equipment suited to production needs.
  • Work alongside Quality Assurance (QA) teams to ensure manufacturing meets compliance for new products and address challenges in existing production.
  • Use ERP systems effectively for Bill of Materials (BOM) tasks and general manufacturing data management.
Requirements
  • Degree or equivalent qualification in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
  • Strong understanding of tooling and production processes.
  • Experience with ERP systems (BOM creation and management).
  • Proven ability to coordinate across cross‑functional teams including QA, engineering, and external vendors.
