What will you be doing?

You’ll be part of our Global Advanced Wound Management (AWM) engineering team, helping to build resilience across our products, processes and supply chains. Working alongside experienced engineers and cross‑functional teams, you’ll support change initiatives and contribute to projects that ensure our operations remain robust and adaptable.

From Day One, you’ll be solving real‑world problems, learning from experts and gaining exposure to strategic projects that impact product quality and business continuity. But more than that, you’ll be embarking on a structured development journey—one that’s designed to help you grow from a capable engineer into a confident project leader. Expect to:

  • Support the development and implementation of engineering projects across our AWM portfolio and manufacturing sites
  • Contribute to change control processes, ensuring compliance and documentation accuracy
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver project milestones
  • Learn and grow through mentorship and hands‑on experience

  • Degree in engineering or science, or equivalent experience
