Manufacturing Engineer Responsibilities
  • Lead New Product Introduction projects, ensuring smooth transfer of new products into production.
  • Create and maintain manufacturing drawings, BOMs, and process documentation, keeping ERP data accurate.
  • Support feasibility and manufacturability reviews for new and existing components.
  • Provide day‑to‑day engineering support to production, helping resolve process and material issues.
  • Drive continuous improvement across manufacturing methods and documentation.
  • Support root cause analysis, process validation, and engineering change integration.
Manufacturing Engineer Desired Skills And Experience
  • Experience as a Manufacturing Engineer, Design Engineer, NPI Engineer, or similar.
  • Confident using 3D CAD (Catia or SolidWorks) to interpret and manage engineering drawings.
