The basics:

Pay: up to £50,000

Hours: Monday to Thursday - 7:30am-4:30pm and Fridays 7:30am-2pm

Industry: Machining and Fabrication - precision engineering

Holidays and Benefits: 33 days holiday, Xmas shut down, 7.5% pension, x4 salary death in service.

Overview:

We now require an additional Manufacturing Engineer to join the team. Working in modern purpose-built manufacturing facilities for a company that manufacture precision engineered components.

You will be working in a first-class precision engineering environment that have processes such as machining, fabrication and a number of outsourced processes also.

Key responsibilities of the Manufacturing Engineer role:

As the Manufacturing Engineer you will be working in a technical role, looking at processes and projects to ensure the company provide a first class product and service to their customers.

The ideal candidate / Manufacturing Engineer may have some of the following, however, please note these are only desirable and not essential as all applications will be looked at individually:
  • Knowledge of precision engineering processes such as machining/CNC Machining and fabrication
  • Ability to read manufacturing drawings and specifications and break out the details and processes required for each operation required for manufacture.
Commutable from:

Alfreton, Chesterfield, Derby, Nottingham and surrounding areas.
