Mondelēz International is seeking a seasoned manufacturing leader to drive a high-performance site in the United Kingdom. You will lead multi-functional teams, champion Lean Six Sigma, and align safety, quality, cost and delivery to achieve competitive advantage.

The role requires strong cross-functional collaboration, a focus on asset protection, and a track record of delivering improvements in a fast-moving FMCG environment.

Competenze

• Significant experience leading manufacturing performance in FMCG environments.
• Excellent communication, coaching and leadership skills with strong financial acumen.
• Experience interfacing with Supply Chain and Commercial functions to align objectives.

• Develop and implement a 3-year strategic plan and annual operating plan to enable safe, reliable, flexible and cost-efficient manufacturing.
• Coach and develop multi-functional teams; embed Lean Six Sigma ways of working and a zero-loss mindset.
• Protect asset value by ensuring governance, standards and compliance are in place across the site.
• Lead Talent, Capabilities & Engagement to attract, retain and develop critical talent.
• Interface with internal and external stakeholders to deliver company objectives and strengthen brand image.
• Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to align priorities and drive performance.
