Overview

Your Impact: As a Manufacturing Coordinator at our Welshpool, WA site, you’ll lead daily operations across our packaging lines to ensure the delivery of safe, high-quality products. You’ll drive improvements across safety, quality, cost, and performance, while supporting your team through coaching, development, and structured problem-solving. This is a key frontline leadership role where your impact will be seen in both people and plant performance.

This is a Monday - Friday Day shift role.

Responsibilities
  • Execute the daily production plan while maintaining quality, safety, and compliance to internal and external standards
  • Identify and implement corrective actions, driving continuous improvement across line performance and product quality
  • Monitor and control labour, material usage, and overhead costs to ensure financial targets are met
  • Optimise plant productivity through effective staffing, planning, and asset reliability activities
  • Lead, coach, and develop your team, embedding performance goals, development plans, and succession strategies
  • Champion a strong safety culture and environmental responsibility, promoting best practice and ensuring compliance
About You

You’re a people-first leader with a strong background in manufacturing or production in a compliance-driven, fast-paced environment such as FMCG, Food, Beverage or Pharmaceutical, and you know how to balance hands-on operational needs with a drive for continuous improvement.

You’ll also bring:

  • A collaborative leadership style with experience coaching, mentoring, and building high-performing teams
  • A strategic mindset and strong problem-solving ability in fast-paced environments
  • Proven success in cost control, performance optimisation, and change implementation
  • Confidence in managing compliance across safety, food quality, and regulatory frameworks
  • Proficiency in MS Office and SAP, with well-developed planning and communication skills
