Due to continued growth at our Isle of Man site, we are looking for an experienced Assembly Manufacturing Engineer to join our Manufacturing Engineering team.
As a key member of the team, the successful candidate will be responsible for the design, development, implementation, and continuous improvement of assembly processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and reliability across operations. This is a role that continues to evolve as part of Swagelok Ltd’s ongoing commitment to operational excellence and innovation.
The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, and proven experience in developing and maintaining robust manufacturing processes. They will demonstrate the ability to manage complex projects, collaborate effectively across functions, and drive sustainable process improvements.
We require the successful candidate to have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be proficient in the use of technical (e.g. CAD) and office software applications.
Experience required: A minimum of 3–5 years in a similar role, with a HND or higher in a relevant engineering discipline.
Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree and 5+ years of assembly or manufacturing experience
