Rittal CSM is recruiting Production Operatives for its Plymouth site. The roles involve assembling and packing products, using hand and power tools, and supporting a busy manufacturing environment. Full-time hours with varied shifts and ongoing training are on offer.

Pay ranges from £12.90 to £17.20 per hour depending on shift, with bonuses and overtime opportunities. A stable, long-term position within a market-leading manufacturer is provided, plus good transport links and on-site facilities.

Shift Patterns & Pay Rates

First Shift

• Monday to Friday, 7am‑3pm.
• £12.90 per hour.

Second Shift

• Monday to Friday, 3pm‑11pm.
• £16.13 per hour.

Night Shift

• Sunday to Thursday, 11pm‑7am.
• £17.20 per hour.
