A leading timber systems company in Curbridge is seeking a full-time Manufacturing Administrator. The role involves supporting manufacturing operations, managing holiday data, and collating reports. Ideal candidates will possess strong organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office. This position offers a friendly culture focused on sustainability and employee support.
Job Overview: We are looking for a Manufacturing Administrator to join our team based in Witney, Oxfordshire. The position is full‑time at 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday Morning.

Role Description: You will be a key part of the production team, reporting to the Production Supervisor. You will implement processes that support successful delivery of orders, manage order processing and collate and provide reports to streamline operations, including loading CDT files on our automated manufacturing lines.
Key Responsibilities: • Operating and supporting the day‑to‑day manufacturing administration.
• Managing information sharing, holiday and absence data, and manufacturing drawings.
• Ensuring objectives are met to support business needs.
• Maintaining confidentiality of business data in a professional manner.
Required Skills and Experience: • Passion for getting things right and a proactive approach to improving systems and processes.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating well with colleagues.
• Excellent organisational and time‑management skills, capable of planning a working week and producing succinct reports.
• Proficiency in standard Microsoft Office packages, as well as Scribe and SharePoint for task and information management.
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to professionalism.
