Job description

As a Manufacturing Administrator, you will play a vital role within our manufacturing division, supporting the smooth operation of the EMEIA Manufacturing office team. Key responsibilities include ensuring accuracy in CRM and ERP systems, managing quote opportunities in partnership with the Sales team, and creating technical part numbers with precision. This is an excellent entry‑level opportunity, ideal for graduates. If you have strong IT skills and advanced proficiency in Excel, we encourage you to apply and grow your career with us. Extensive training and support will be provided. Please note: this is an office‑based position and does not involve work on the manufacturing shop floor.,

Responsibilities
  • Work closely within the CRM (Customer Relationship Management), reducing late quotes by driving effective follow‑ups with the Sales team.
  • Work on manufacturing projects, including data management and analysis using Excel.
  • Manage ERP‑related tasks, including part number entry, project entry, and serving as the point of contact for assigned ERP projects.
  • Direct customer communication.
  • Upload ISO documents, assign training, and organise records.
  • Create project folders.
  • Maintain project record retention.
  • Edit drawings to remove proprietary information.
  • Assist in continual improvement projects.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • GCSEs or A levels.
  • 1‑2 years of office experience or a relevant degree (e.g., IT, Administration).
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office, especially advanced use of Excel.
  • Good attitude and strong communication skills.
  • Customer facing experience (preferred but not essential).
  • Knowledge and experience of CRM and ERP systems (e.g., D365).
