Qualifications

• Proven experience managing customer accounts within a manufacturing environment, preferably electronics.
• Confident using MRP systems and handling complex data with accuracy.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel (mostly UK-based).

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for allocated customers, ensuring their needs are met.
• Manage orders from placement through to delivery, liaising closely with production and engineering.
• Monitor commercial performance and present KPIs to the senior team.
• Support negotiations for new business and continuous improvement projects.
