Join a company that drives innovation in manufacturing! My client is a specialist modular seamless walling manufacturer. They are based in Brackley and work with global motor sport teams including those in Formula 1 as well as other exciting sporting and hospitality categories. They are currently expanding the manufacturing team and seek to take on a new colleague who has experience of working in a busy and fast paced environment. They are looking for someone who is flexible and can adapt to the many different aspects of the job.

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 year's proven experience of working in a CNC manufacturing environment
• Proven experience with Proto Trak Controls, XYZ 4-Axis Mills
• The ability to work as part of a team and independently
• Be willing to put in overtime when needed
• Being punctual and reliable is a prerequisite
• An interest in motor sport would be an advantage but not essential
• Checkable references are essential

Other Qualifications

• GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

Working Hours & Salary

The company offers a 5-day working week. Monday to Thursday they operate a 9-hour day (8am to 5pm) with a paid 30-minute lunch break included, along with 2 x 15-minute breaks. On Fridays they operate a shorter 6-hour day (8am to 2pm) with a paid 30-minute lunch break. The company offers a quarterly bonus scheme based on the overall success of the company and your contribution as an individual. Additional benefits are also available to staff after probation including paid sick leave and group insurance. The opportunity for international travel to race events may also be available for the ideal candidate.
