Future Engineering Recruitment Ltd is supporting a world-leading manufacturer in Lincolnshire to hire a Manual Machinist. You will operate manual turning, milling and drilling to produce precision components for aerospace and automotive sectors, on a days-based shift with overtime options.

You will read engineering drawings, ensure quality, and work in a clean, well-equipped facility that values teamwork and long-term careers. Commutable to Lincoln; immediate start.

Qualifications

• Previous experience operating manual machinery within engineering/manufacturing environments.
• Experience with manual turning, milling, drilling or similar machining processes.
• Ability to read and work from engineering drawings.
• Experience in aerospace, automotive, steel or related heavy industry.
• Commutable to the Lincoln area.

Responsibilities

• Operate manual machinery to manufacture precision components.
• Work with manual lathes, mills, and other machining equipment.
• Produce high-quality components for aerospace and automotive manufacturers.
• Carry out quality checks and read engineering drawings.
• Monday to Friday – days-based shift.
• Site-based role in the Lincoln area.

The Successful Manual Machinist Will Have:
