• Provide professional nail services, including BIAB manicures, gel manicures, nail preparation and removal.
• Perform precise cuticle work using an e-file, maintaining high standards of hygiene and nail care.
• Create modern nail designs, including cat-eye and chrome finishes.
• Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable nail services.
• Deliver excellent customer service and build positive relationships with clients.
• Manage appointment timings effectively while maintaining consistent quality.
• Maintain a clean, organised and hygienic workstation in accordance with salon standards.
• Work collaboratively with other technicians and team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

• Has excellent time management skills and can complete treatments within the allocated appointment time.
