Job Title: Mandarin speaking Project Management & Portfolio Execution (Europe & UK)

This position requires a Mandarin speaking professional with extensive experience in real estate asset management to lead portfolio asset creation, project execution, strategic exit planning, stakeholder stewardship, and cross‑functional liaison.

Responsibilities
  • Portfolio Asset Management & Value Creation: Develop and execute asset business plans for office and commercial assets, driving value through repositioning, redevelopment, and innovative commercial concepts.
  • Hands‑On Project Execution: Lead the operational transformation of assets, overseeing redevelopment and refurbishment projects to ensure practical, cost‑effective, and high‑quality delivery aligned with the strategic vision.
  • Strategic Exit Planning & Execution: Optimize divestment timing and structure using financial instruments and exit avenues such as direct sales, portfolio sales, and recapitalisation.
  • Investor & Shareholder Stewardship: Provide rigorous, data‑backed reporting on performance, value‑creation progress, and evolving exit strategy.
  • Strategic Liaison: Act as a bridge between senior leadership and execution teams to ensure clear communication and strategic alignment.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree from a top university in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or related field; Master’s or MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years progressive experience in a hands‑on, value‑add Asset Management role in real estate, with a proven track record in office and commercial sectors.
  • Demonstrated experience in strategically repositioning assets and overseeing physical transformation to enhance market value.
  • Expertise in financial structuring and exit strategies for real estate assets, with a proven ability to time and execute advantageous dispositions.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing senior levels and navigating cross‑cultural environments.
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin essential.
Compensation

Up to £150,000 per annum, depending on experience.
