Job summary

A leading recruitment agency in the UK is seeking a Mandarin-speaking Payroll & HR Admin to cover maternity leave. This hybrid role involves managing payroll via Sage, handling HR files, and supporting staff with travel arrangements. The ideal candidate should have fluent Mandarin and English, strong payroll experience, and be familiar with UK employment regulations. Competitive salary of £35-40k prorated based on experience.

Qualifications

  • Strong previous payroll experience is required.
  • Willingness to take on HR and administration responsibilities.
  • Familiarity with UK Employment and HMRC rules is essential.

Responsibilities

  • Manage monthly payroll for staff via Sage payroll.
  • Prepare payroll documents and summary monthly timesheets.
  • Handle full cycle of staff management including hiring and training.
  • Support staff arrangements for visa and travel bookings.

  • Dealingwithcertainstaff’stheworkingvisaapplicationandmaintainrelatedrecord.

Administration

  • Supportingstaff/clientsforthearrangementswithvisa/hotel/internationalflightbookingforbusinesstravels.
  • Dealingwithandmanagingcompanydocumentarchive.
