Qualifications

• Experience as Immigration Caseworker or paralegal in UK immigration
• Strong written English and document drafting skills
• Practical experience handling UK immigration applications
• Knowledge of long residence, skilled worker, and family visa routes would be advantageous

Responsibilities

• Manage immigration cases from enquiry to completion.
• Assess clients and identify suitable immigration routes.
• Prepare and submit UK immigration applications (UK spouse/partner, family, Skilled Worker).
• Draft supporting statements and representations.
• Liaise with Home Office and clients, providing regular updates.
• Maintain accurate case records and deadlines.
• Support regulatory requirements and supervise junior staff when needed.
