Job summary

NETS International is looking for a Solar Panel Installer in Manchester to advance sustainable energy solutions through hands-on installation and maintenance of solar photovoltaic systems. This permanent position allows you to contribute to the UK's green energy transition while building a stable, long-term career.

Your role includes installing panels, performing electrical wiring, and conducting system designs using CAD software. A Bachelor’s degree in Solar Energy Technology and MCS certification are required, along with strong skills in installation and customer service.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of proven experience in solar panel installation and photovoltaic systems.
• MCS Certified Installer qualification and Electrician's qualifications (e.g., Part P).
• IPAF and Working at Height certifications.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Install and mount solar photovoltaic panels, ensuring optimal positioning.
• Perform electrical wiring, inverter configuration, and integration of battery storage systems.
• Conduct system design using CAD software, PV Syst and HelioScope.
• Execute performance testing and troubleshooting post-installation.
• Maintain accurate documentation of installations.
