Qualifications

• Previous knowledge and experience in the hospitality service or healthcare industry would be advantageous.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Computer literate with proven experience of Microsoft Office and information systems.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet all patients, visitors, GPs and staff and assist with their enquiries.
• Have a good understanding of the medical system and the relevant Microsoft Office programmes.
• Deal with face-to-face telephone and e-mail queries with excellent communication skills.
