As the on-site security lead, you will coordinate with a remote Cybersecurity team across time zones, manage on-call rotations, and ensure office IT stability while protecting critical first-responder software.

You should have 5+ years in cybersecurity, hands-on vulnerability scanning, incident response, and familiarity with UK data

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in cybersecurity with vulnerability and threat focus.
• Solid incident response and on-site IT support experience.
• Familiarity with UK data protection standards (Cyber Essentials / ISO 27001).

Responsibilities

• Own vulnerability and threat management for the Manchester environment.
• Coordinate with remote Cybersecurity team across time zones.
• Lead incident response and post-incident reviews.
• Provide on-site IT support and office continuity.
• Maintain secure configurations and oversee on-call rotations.
