The Ivy Collection in Manchester is seeking a Breakfast Chef to join our culinary team. You will work in a small team preparing and serving high-quality breakfast dishes that set the tone for the day, with early starts and a focus on consistency and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as Breakfast Chef or Chef de Partie in a professional kitchen environment.
• Strong culinary skills with a vast knowledge of Breakfast dishes.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of kitchen equipment and food safety practices.
• Early starts and working with initiative.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to recipes and standards.
• Set up and stock the assigned section with necessary supplies and ingredients.
• Maintain correct prep levels to ensure full menu availability.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of work areas, adhering to food safety.
• Follow instructions from Senior Management to ensure consistency and quality.
• Exhibit excellent communication and teamwork skills.
