A leading infrastructure contractor is looking for a Managing Quantity Surveyor for their rail projects in Warrington. This role involves leading a team of quantity surveyors, managing the commercial function, and ensuring project profitability. Location Warrington North West
A dynamic rail civils and infrastructure team delivering a broad portfolio across the region including line-side rail civils bridge and structure renewals major structural installations Access for All schemes and other station and civils works. Projects range from bridge upgrades and footbridges to platform improvements and line-side civil engineering.
Lead and develop the commercial function for rail civils projects across the North West region managing a team of quantity surveyors and providing senior commercial support to project delivery teams. You will drive profitable project performance manage contractual risk and act as the client-facing commercial lead during negotiations and dispute resolution.
You will be joining a reputable and firmly established engineering contractor operating nationally in rail civils and engineering markets.
