Altiatech is building the next wave of high‑growth specialist technology companies—and we're looking for entrepreneurial leaders to run them. Through our Launchpad programme, we're spinning out 12 new companies in AI, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Microsoft Licensing, SaaS, and more. Each business will have its own brand, autonomy, and go‑to‑market strategy backed by Altiatech's infrastructure, marketing, systems, and senior leadership. As a Managing Partner, you'll lead one of these ventures with a 49% ownership stake.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leading your own business unit under the Altiatech umbrella
  • Building and executing a customer‑focused go‑to‑market plan
  • Delivering profitable growth in line with your business stream (e.g. Altia‑Cyber, Altia‑365, Qwantro, etc.)
  • Closing an initial deal of £100 000+ as part of your onboarding milestone
  • Shaping strategy, partnerships, and operations
  • Hiring and managing delivery or technical resources
  • Creating IP, assets, and content that differentiate your unit
  • Reporting into the Altiatech Board on KPIs, financials, and delivery, use of Altiatech systems, legal, finance, CRM, marketing, design back‑office
  • Full backing of a brand trusted by enterprise, public sector, and regulated clients
  • Access to existing client referrals and cross‑selling opportunities
  • Regular exposure to events, media, investor platforms, and group‑level scale‑ups
  • Potential to hire a full team and step into a CEO role as you grow
Qualifications
  • Someone with a proven record of closing six‑figure technology deals
  • Background in Cloud, Microsoft 365, Security, AI, SaaS, or Infrastructure
  • 10+ years in tech, with experience in leadership, sales, or solution design
  • Strategic and commercial thinker with hands‑on execution capability
  • Already has a network of clients, prospects, or pipeline they can activate
  • Strong communication, planning, and team management skills
  • Hungry to build, own, and scale something that matters
  • UK‑based or aligned with UK time zones; to be considered, you must bring and close an initial deal worth £100 000 or more within your business stream within 1 month of starting. This demonstrates your ability to operate independently and hit the ground running.
