We are excited to be working with a renowned men's leather goods brand, dedicated to crafting high-quality products that combine tradition with modern design. Their products are known for their craftsmanship and timeless appeal.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth, profitability, and market expansion.
  2. Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team across operations, marketing, sales, and design.
  3. Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure the highest standards of quality and innovation.
  4. Oversee the sales strategies, both in retail and e-commerce, and ensure the brand's voice is consistently represented.
  5. Manage budgets, forecasting, and financial performance, ensuring profitability and sustainable growth.
  6. Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and product lines to expand our brand's footprint globally.

Requirements:
  1. Minimum of 10 years of senior leadership experience in the fashion or luxury goods industries. Experience in scaling a business or launching new products/markets is a plus.
  2. Strong understanding of the luxury retail industry, market trends, and consumer behaviour, with a proven track record of driving sales and growth.
  3. Demonstrated expertise in managing P&L, budgets, and overall business performance to deliver profitable outcomes.
  4. Exceptional leadership, team-building, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
  5. Experience with e-commerce platforms, retail strategies, and online/offline brand development.
  6. Experience in international market development, including identifying new market opportunities and navigating diverse regulatory environments.
