Key Responsibilities

• Provide clear strategic leadership and drive operational excellence.

• Champion a strong Safety Management System (SMS) and compliance‑first culture.
• Deliver financial results through growth, efficiency, and profitability.
• Strengthen partnerships with customers, OEMs, regulators, and corporate stakeholders.
• Lead, develop, and empower a high‑performing management team.
• Ensure full alignment with corporate governance, systems, and group strategy.
