Job summary

Continuum Recruitment Group is seeking a Managing Director for an established manufacturing business in the North East. The role focuses on growth across sales, commercial strategy, market positioning and customer development.

We are targeting an MD from a commercial or sales background, ideally within engineered products, infrastructure, industrial manufacturing or adjacent B2B markets. The package is c.£160-170k + bonus + car allowance and benefits, with predominately onsite work and options

I’m working on a confidential Managing Director search for an established manufacturing business in the North East.

This is a growth and value creation brief, with the biggest opportunity sitting across sales, commercial strategy, market positioning and customer development.

We are specifically looking for an MD who has come through a commercial or sales background, ideally within engineered products, infrastructure, industrial manufacturing, the built environment or adjacent B2B product markets.

Package c.£160-170k + bonus + car allowance and benefits.

This role will require predominately an onsite presence so is suitable for local candidates/ those with serious relocation ambitions.

Also open to conversations with professional interims to cover the duration of the permanent process.
