Proven Commercial - Setting and driving Sales & Commercial strategy & Operational Leadership in Manufacturing/Engineering SMEs

Loughborough/Leicester Onsite, 5 Days per Week

The Opportunity

The Role

• Lead and inspire a 30+ strong team across sales, operations, manufacturing, and engineering.
• Own the P&L and balance sheet, maximising profitability and long-term value.
• They are a manufacturer in the Cooling/Refrigeration and specialist equipment space.
• Drive the commercial strategy and scale revenue from an already solid £5m turnover.
• Refine sales processes, systems, and operations to enable growth.
• Create a high-performance culture where teams are motivated, engaged, and aligned with business goals.

About You

You're already a General Manager/MD (or senior Commercial/Operations leader) with a track record of scaling manufacturing or engineering SMEs in the £5-40m turnover range.
