Our client, a reputable, family run business are now looking to recruit a Managing Director to lead the business to double turnover to £20M and achieve EBITDA of 20% through comprehensive improvements across all areas of the organisation, including sales, operations, commercial strategy, innovation, and team performance. You will be based in their head office in Glasgow.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Define and execute a growth strategy aligned with premium positioning in packaging
  • Commercial Growth: Expand market share through new business development, strategic partnerships, and enhanced client relationships.
  • Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement across manufacturing, supply chain, and customer experience.
  • Oversee pricing strategies and margin optimization to achieve profitability targets.
  • Innovation & Product Development: Champion innovation in premium primary packaging solutions to maintain competitive advantage.
  • Ensure sustainability and compliance with industry standards.
  • Financial Performance: Deliver financial objectives: turnover of £20M and EBITDA of 20%.
