They are currently looking to appoint a Group Managing Director to lead the business through the next phase of it’s growth journey

The Role

As Managing Director, you will lead a major national organisation with a significant public profile and a complex, dispersed operational model. Core responsibilities include:

  • Setting and executing long‑term strategy for sustainable commercial and community‑driven growth
  • Leading a senior team across operations, finance, legal, commercial development, aquatics and more
  • Strengthening strategic partnerships nationwide
  • Overseeing financial performance, profitability and resource allocation
  • Ensuring exceptional service delivery, operational excellence and customer experience
  • Driving innovation, cultural alignment and continuous improvement across all regions
  • Representing the organisation at the highest levels, influencing stakeholders and shaping sector impact
