A global technology transformation partner in Glasgow is seeking a Management Consultant in Workforce Transformation. This role involves collaborating with clients to address skills gaps, leading large-scale change, and delivering innovative solutions that enhance employee experience. Candidates should have a background in consulting and experience in business development, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams. As a Management Consultant in the Workforce & Organisation practice, specifically in Workforce Transformation, you'll work with clients across a broad range of industries from Government and Financial Services to Retail, Life Sciences, Telecommunications, and Energy & Utilities. Your role will involve helping organisations tackle critical challenges related to current and future skills, talent strategies, workplace culture, and the impact of technology and automation on the future of work. You'll be part of a collaborative team of problem solvers with diverse consulting and industry experience, supporting clients from strategy through to execution.
