Job summary

PA Consulting in London seeks a Data Science Managing Consultant to lead data science propositions and drive growth in the Transport sector. You will shape client engagements, build strategic relationships, and mentor teams to deliver high‑impact digital solutions.

The role emphasizes leadership, industry networks, and selling consulting propositions while working in a hybrid model with client sites as needed.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of experience in digital consulting, strategy, or transformation, ideally within the Transport.
• Established network of senior stakeholders in the Transport industry, with a proven ability to build and grow long‑term client partnerships.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams and delivering complex, high‑value programmes.
• Commercial acumen with a track record of developing and selling consulting propositions.
• Deep understanding of the Transport and related technologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels.

Hybrid Working

Our approach is to be in the office or on client site a minimum of 2 days per week. However, the actual time you spend and where you spend it will vary by role or assignment, including up to 5 days per week on client site.
