What you will be doing :

• Project Delivery : Proactively guide and / or coaches on PS deliverables in large, complex projects or programmes
• Customer Relationship Management : Partners with Account Managers to assist intricate customer relationships, developing relationships, helping customers define needs
• Consulting Agility : Effectively guides customers through project delivery, ambiguous and evolving customer needs
• Driving Continuous Improvement : Works with delivery and commercial teams to drive improvements in the scoping and completion of projects / deliverables
• Analyses and / or interprets outputs of complex quantitative datasets and qualitative information across multiple projects for a customer

What we are looking for from you :

• Bsc or Masters degree in psychology in relevant discipline
• Strong knowledge of SHL’s solutions offering and has successfully led on large or complex projects across TA and TM solutions (configuration, design, delivery)
• Expertise in AC / DC design and implementation
• Competency framework design and implementation and statistical analysis and interpretation
• Experience in presenting and interacting with internal and external senior stakeholders

Desirable :

• A track record of establishing and maintaining formal or informal coaching relationships with other consultants
• Evidence of supporting pre-sales (though upselling and cross-selling).
• Experience in presenting and interacting with internal and external senior stakeholders
