Capgemini Invent is seeking a Managing Consultant / Senior Manager in Energy Markets, Regulation and Systems Operations. Based in the UK (London, Manchester, or Glasgow), you will shape and lead major advisory and transformation work across the energy sector’s central markets and regulatory landscape.

You will bring GB energy market regulation expertise, experience with energy system operations and central markets, and excel at complex, multi-party change initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of GB Energy Market regulation and industry systems.
• Experience with energy system operations and related data flows.
• Exposure to central markets, code bodies, energy suppliers or network operators.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex technical change across energy industry central systems.
• Coordinate implementation of industry changes from a central code body perspective.
• Advise senior clients and stakeholders on regulatory and systems implications.
• Translate policy and market developments into practical delivery solutions.
• Lead engagement, training and support for industry parties and stakeholders.
• Shape strategies to improve energy consumer and system outcomes.
• Drive continuous service improvements and manage multi-party workstreams.
