Job summary

Datatech Analytics is seeking an experienced Data & AI consultant to join as Managing Consultant. You will lead complex Data & AI engagements, shape client strategy and help organisations turn data and emerging AI technologies into measurable business value.

The role requires strategic leadership, team development and the ability to influence senior stakeholders while delivering hands-on technical delivery when needed.

Qualifications

• Circa 7 years' relevant experience across Data, AI, analytics or consulting.
• Strong hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs and Machine Learning.
• Technical confidence in Python and modern data/AI technologies.
• Experience across customer, marketing, commercial, web or product analytics.
• Strong understanding of CX, customer data and digital analytics.
• Experience leading AI/ML POCs, MVPs and production-grade solutions.
• Ability to move between hands-on technical delivery and strategic leadership.
• Proven project, programme and people management.
• Strong commercial experience across RFPs/RFIs, SOWs, costing and client negotiation.
• Experience building trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, presentation and data storytelling skills.
• Strong interest in emerging developments across AI, ML, GenAI and Agentic AI.

Are you an experienced Data & AI consultant who can combine strong technical expertise with strategic leadership, client management and team development?

We’re looking for a Managing Consultant with circa 7 years’ relevant experience to lead complex Data & AI engagements, shape client strategy and help organisations turn data and emerging AI technologies into measurable business value.

This is a role for someone who is technically confident and credible, but who can also step back from the detail to provide strategic direction, lead teams and influence senior stakeholders.

What we're looking for:

• Circa 7 years' relevant experience across Data, AI, analytics or consulting
• Strong hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs and Machine Learning
• Technical confidence in Python and modern data/AI technologies
• Experience across customer, marketing, commercial, web or product analytics

Experience across Consumer & Retail, Energy & Utilities, Telecommunications or Public Sector would be a bonus.
