I'm working with a highly regarded UK law firm, nationally recognised for its expertise in employment law and HR advisory. The firm has an outstanding reputation for delivering pragmatic, commercially-focused, and timely legal solutions to a wide range of clients, from PLCs to SMEs. Their Employment Team is highly ranked in Chambers & Partners and The Legal 500, and is renowned for combining technical excellence with a personal, approachable service.


The Milton Keynes team is led by a senior lawyer recognised as a Leading Individual in Chambers & Partners (2026) and a Recommended Lawyer and Leading Partner in The Legal 500 (2026). The team advises senior management teams and boards, handles complex disputes, and provides strategic employment law guidance across all sectors.


The Role

The firm is seeking an Associate / Senior Associate / Managing Associate with 2+ years PQE to join its Milton Keynes Employment team. This is a fast-paced, high-profile role providing exposure to a wide variety of employment matters and the opportunity to work directly with senior clients.
