Overview

Due to expansion we are seeking experienced site Managers for our 2026 season. As Campsite Manager you will be in charge of the day-to-day operations on your campsite you must portray a professional and approachable image. You must be able to act with initiative when needed to manage situations.

Responsibilities
  • Directly managing the staff and the site to ensure that everyone is fulfilling their roles whilst adhering to company policies.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and site safety are your responsibilities.
  • Organise grounds and facilities maintenance with the necessary team; experience of larger scale operations (all touring and/or seasonals) is preferred.
  • Maintain high standards of behaviour and professionalism at all times; staff are representatives of the employer.
Requirements / Qualifications
  • Detailed knowledge of the New Forest Code would be desirable.
  • Previous camping and touring experience or managerial experience (3 years) is essential.
  • Experience of larger scale operations (all touring and/or seasonals); no statics preferred.
  • Ability to work under pressure and be flexible.
Contract & Dates

Our 2026 season dates are from the start of April to the end of September. As Manager your contract commences prior to the opening and extends approximately one week after the site shuts.
