Job summary

A leading advisory firm is seeking a Transaction Services professional in Greater London. The role involves managing the full deal cycle and requires a Qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA) with a minimum of 2 years of Transaction Services experience. You will work closely with Directors and Partners and have the opportunity to fast-track your development, leading your own deals and clients. Flexibility to work in Central London 2-3 days per week is necessary.

Opportunity to join the growing Transaction Services team of a Top Ten advisory firm. Specialising in sell‑side transactions working closely with owners/founders to consider buyer interest from a range of corporate and private equity parties.

Role overview

Working closely with Directors and Partners to manage the full end‑end deal cycle, from origination through to completion.

You’ll have exposure to all aspects of the deal cycle (IMs, Pitch Decks, Client Proposals, Financial Modelling / Due Diligence, Valuations, SPAs) – with a view to fast‑tracking your development to be in a position of developing your own leads and managing your own deals & clients outright.

About you

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA)
• Minimum 2 years Transaction Services experience
• Able to travel to work in Central London 2‑3 days per week
• Eligible to work in the UK
