• Lead complex buy-side and sell-side due diligence engagements for leading private equity and corporate clients.
• Partner closely with bankers, valuation professionals, capital markets specialists, and senior deal advisors on integrated M&A transactions..
• Develop and review financial analyses, due diligence workpapers, client-ready reports, and presentation materials.
• Deepen relationships with leading private equity clients while expanding your commercial experience.
• Take greater ownership of client engagements and play a more visible role throughout the deal lifecycle.
