A global diagnostics leader is seeking a Manager for EMEA trade compliance. This remote role involves overseeing audit readiness, developing trade compliance programs, and requires 5+ years of relevant experience with a strong knowledge of EMEA regulations and fluency in English and German. The position offers an annual salary range of $120,000 - $140,000, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
This role is for someone who finds creative solutions to complex regulatory challenges and takes pride in developing innovative approaches that deliver measurable results. Working within LBS' Legal and Compliance organization, the Manager serves as the primary trade compliance resource for the LBS EMEA operations, developing internal and external relationships that support business objectives. The role requires analytical capabilities to identify opportunities and strong communication skills to drive adoption across the organization.
The Manager is a practitioner of the Danaher Business System (DBS), our continuous improvement methodology, who drives transformation through influence across LBS' global operations while establishing next-generation trade compliance capabilities.
Remote position with candidates in US East Coast and Europe strongly preferred. Global travel required (~20%, flexible).
Leica Biosystems (LBS) is an operating company within Danaher's (DHR) diagnostics segment and a global leader in workflow and automation solutions for anatomic pathology laboratories. LBS provides a comprehensive product range for each step in the pathology process, from sample preparation and staining to imaging and reporting, helping improve workflow efficiency and diagnostic confidence for customers worldwide.
The annual salary range for this role is $120,000 - $140,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
