Would you consider yourself an expert in people?
Are you passionate about creating environments for others to grow?
Do you have experience launching learning or culture-building initiatives?
Or perhaps you’ve spent much of your career designing experiments that shift behavior—driving adoption, engagement, or growth—and now want to apply that thinking to how people learn, connect, and thrive at work?
Are you familiar with the work of thinkers like Rory Sutherland, Richard Thaler, or Susan Michie, and excited by the idea of using insights from behavioral science, psychology, marketing, or product to shape meaningful change?
If so, this could be the role for you.
We’re looking for someone with a non-traditional mindset, who can help accelerate how our people grow and how our culture scales. Please read carefully before applying—we’re looking for curiosity, creativity, and courage in equal measure.
As Talent Acceleration Manager (tX) for EMEA, you’ll help design and deliver programs that develop leaders, strengthen performance, build connection, and embed our unique culture—Outrageously Extraordinary (OE)—as we continue to scale rapidly across the region.
This is a hands-onrole. You’ll partner closely with People & Culture, leaders, and teams to run engaging learning experiences, performance and talent routines, and culture activation moments across markets.
We're especially interested in candidates with experience using human centered design experience in the people space—such as marketing, product, experience design, or behavioral science—who can bring new thinking and creativity to how people develop at work.
